Stax, Stax DevCorp and affiliates are looking for a part-time, social media lead with strong writing and social media skills to strategize, draft and post content on social media channels. This is an opportunity to transform innovative thought leadership developed by our team around top business, social impact and philanthropic issues and trends and turn these into smart and engaging online content – and learn tremendously in the process. The individual will work directly with great corporate and agency teams on work across industries.
Stax, a strategic consulting firm and Stax DevCorp, a company builder, collectively generate substantive thought leadership content ranging from articles, presentations and video clips to new ways of presenting data on an ongoing basis. We’re looking for a social media lead to create shareable versions of our thought leadership and engage with top industry bloggers covering business, social ventures and philanthropy and ensure that this content is shared via multiple outlets.
The individual should be a strong and agile writer, with a great attitude as much as aptitude. The person must be comfortable reaching out to potential partners, identifying strategies that work, taking risks and improving on strategies along the way. Must be someone who can set goals and plans and keep to them. Hours are flexible, with an expectation is 15-20 hours per week and some remote working is possible based on performance.
